Issues with IT systems
We are currently experiencing intermittent IT issues which are affecting access to the internet and some clinical systems. This is due to a technical problem within the service that manages IT for all GP surgeries in the area. Technical teams from the supplier are working urgently to fix the problem.
Please be reassured that we are still open as normal, but our teams may face disruption to accessing certain systems leading to minor delays. Despite this, please continue to attend your appointments as you normally would, unless you are contacted directly by us and told otherwise.
We understand this can be frustrating and may cause anxiety for our patients. We thank you for your understanding and kindness towards practice staff, who are doing their best to support patients during this time. Updates are available via the NHS Surrey and Sussex website.
